Guaranteed Rates Shipping Terms and Conditions
Guaranteed shipping orders placed Monday–Friday by 2:00 pm EST will ship the same day. Otherwise, allow 24 hours for processing. Guaranteed delivery is only available within the contiguous United States and is not available for P.O. Boxes, APO / FPO addresses, and certain zip codes that are not serviced by FedEx.
Returns
We guarantee our products unconditionally. All requests for returns should be directed to Carson Dellosa Education's Customer Service within 30 days of receipt. In order to receive a refund, all returns must be authorized by Customer Service in advance and must be received within 90 days of the purchase date. Refunds will not include shipping and handling fees. You should expect to receive your refund within 4–8 weeks of the return shipments post date. If your return request includes a credit to your credit card, please allow 1–2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Please enclose a copy of your packing slip with a note indicating if you would like an exchange or refund. All returns must be marked with a return authorization number. Please contact Customer Service for your return authorization number and instructions on how to return your order. Customer Service is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–7:00 pm EST.
