The Business Intelligence Analyst must be active in all areas of the BI life-cycle from collaborating with stakeholders in assessing business requirements to report delivery. This includes performing data analyst duties, modeling and architect duties, and ultimately report development/delivery. Ability to schedule and prioritize requests is critical to ensure key business requests are realized.

Master Data Management (MDM) governance. The successful candidate must be results-oriented, have exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work with various groups at the same time.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and tactical guidance with respect to business intelligence implementation and sustainment practices and within the organization
• Play a variety of roles with a high degree of proficiency throughout a BI/DW project lifecycle: Solution Architect, Project Manager, Report Developer, Metadata Modeler, OLAP Developer, etc.
• Participate in all phases of the enterprise data warehouse SDLC
• Establish, maintain, and enforce data model design principles, techniques, standards, and best practices. Analyze requirements package and architect a data architecture/integration solution that is flexible, highly performing, scalable, and correctly manages business data/information.
• Participate as key member of MDM, metadata, and data governance design, implementation, and maintenance activities
• Develop data models and integration for MDM related software tools
• Lead the formalization of documented processes, roles, and responsibilities supporting effective data entry, quality assurance, and continuous improvement in line with Master Data Management principals, supporting critical Business Systems

Experience

• Solid SSIS, SSAS, SSRS and MDX experience
• Solid knowledge in building and maintaining OLAP cubes in analysis services
• Progressive experience in data analysis and architecture
• Advanced understanding of data model design principles
• Advanced understanding of ETL and data transformation techniques including experience on data cleansing techniques and project integration
• Solid knowledge of BI and visualization methods and technologies
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise business intelligence solutions using IBM Cognos, Microsoft BI Suite, and SharePoint BI tool set
• Working knowledge of major database platforms (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, Teradata)
• High-level proficiency in SQL programming and common query optimization techniques

The Accounts Payable Clerk performs assigned duties to support and maintain goals for the Finance Department related to the accounts payable function.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable, company credit cards, and expense reports
• Process W-9s and 1099s
• Process daily and lockbox deposits
• Update daily cash register
• Process returns
• Maintain open communication with other departments involving issues with invoices
• Assist with team and department projects
• Process credit memos
• Keep supervisor informed of problems or issues with vendors
• Maintain professional relationship with vendors
• Other duties as requested, directed, or assigned

Education, Experience and Abilities:

• High school diploma plus 1–2 years specialized training
• 2–5 years of related experience
• Must be well-organized, detail-oriented and exercise good judgment in decision making
• Competence in the operation of office and company equipment

The Pick/Pack Associate performs the warehouse duties associated with picking and packing the company’s products in an accurate and timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow daily schedule set by the production planner
  • Accurately, neatly, and efficiently pick and pack customer orders
• Meet established efficiency goals and department standards
• Remain knowledgeable of Added Value Service requirements
• Remain knowledgeable of E-WMS and ERP systems
  • Inventory part numbers
  • Layout of the warehouse and pick zones
• Communication with lead(s) on a daily basis
• Position may require flexibility to change positions as needed and may require overtime and/or flexible work shifts

Education, Experience, and Abilities:

• Equivalent to a high school diploma
• Up to 3 months of related experience
• Competence in the operation of office and warehouse equipment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, and operate computers and other company hardware and software
• Frequent light to moderate physical effort required; ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Manual dexterity
